A home looking clean and a home being clean are two different things. The difference hides inside the cooker hood, along the edge of the shower screen and on top of the cupboards.
When we arrive we walk the home together first. What matters most to you and what we notice are rarely the same list, so this walk-through sets the scope and lets us note anything you would rather we did not touch. Cleaning that starts without that conversation always ends up incomplete.
The kitchen takes the most time. Beyond worktops and cupboard doors, the job includes the extractor filter, the area around the hob, the grease-and-dust film on top of the units and the fridge seal. Grease turns into a sticky film over time; lifting it with the right product and some patience gives a very different result from wiping over it.
In the bathroom the target is limescale and mould, not shine. Shower screen edges, the base of taps, tile grout, behind the WC and around the drain are each worked separately. Darkened grout and stained silicone are the details most households notice last — and appreciate most.
Rooms are worked top to bottom: cupboard tops, light fittings, window frames and shutters, socket surrounds, skirting, and floors last. Afterwards we go through the checklist together. Homes on a regular schedule keep the same crew; as they learn the home the work gets faster and your arrangement stays intact.
Home cleaning requests in Çanakkale vary by area: in the centre and Kepez it is mostly move-in and move-out cleaning tied to the student and tenancy calendar; in Güzelyalı and Dardanos it is getting holiday homes ready at the start of the season; around İntepe and Kumkale it is periodic thorough cleans of detached houses. We reach the centre and Kepez the same day, and the districts on scheduled days.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a home clean take?
A detailed clean in an average two-bedroom flat takes four to six hours; for homes not cleaned in a long time, or three bedrooms and above, we increase the crew size. The exact duration is confirmed in writing after the survey.
Do you bring the materials?
Yes, products and equipment are ours. If there is a particular product you want used in your home, we will use it. What we will not use — and we will explain why — is anything wrong for the surface: the wrong product on marble or timber causes permanent damage.
Do I need to be at home?
No. Being there for the short walk-through at the start is enough; after that you are free to leave. We also work with keys, in which case the handover and locking arrangement is recorded in writing.
Are carpet and upholstery washing included?
Not in a standard home clean. Carpets and sofas are vacuumed and surface dust removed; machine deep-washing is planned and priced as a separate job. At the survey we check the fabric and tell you whether it is suitable.
Can I set up a regular schedule?
Yes — weekly, fortnightly or monthly. For regular homes we make a point of sending the same crew; as they learn the home the work speeds up and your arrangement stays undisturbed.
Do you clean rented flats at the end of a tenancy in Çanakkale?
Yes — it is one of the most common requests we get. In an empty flat we cover the inside of cupboards, behind the drawers, the interiors of white goods, the balcony and the windows. Before handover we walk the checklist, so nothing is left for the landlord or the agent to find.
