This stretch is Çanakkale's holiday-home belt, and demand follows that rhythm: opening the season in May, closing it at the end of August, and cleans in between that fall around guest changeovers. A house that has been shut up for months is not a normal home clean — first ventilation and a damp check, then textiles and the insides of cupboards, and only then the surfaces.
Being close to the sea makes a technical difference here. Salt air leaves permanent marks on exterior glass and aluminium frames and lays a film of salt on garden furniture and railings. At the start of the season we price the facade glass and the frames as a separate item; cleaning the inside and ignoring the outside simply does not work on this coast.
We can work on a key-handover basis while you are away. We send a short photo report on arrival and on leaving — owners who let their houses out often ask for it as a check before guests arrive.

Will you get my holiday home ready at the start of the season?
Yes — it is the request we get most. In a house that has been shut up we cover ventilation, a damp and mould check, textiles and the insides of cupboards, the interiors of white goods, the balcony and terrace and the exterior glass. The diary fills fast in early May, so book a few weeks ahead.
Do you clean between guests in a holiday let?
We do. If the check-out and check-in times are set we fit it into the same day; in the busy weeks of the season we need the schedule in advance. Changing the linen can be added to the scope if you want it.
