Not by square metres — by the actual scope. An empty flat and a furnished home of the same size, or a post-renovation clean and routine upkeep, are not the same work. During the survey we agree which areas are cleaned with which method, give the price in writing, and add nothing at the end. The survey is free across Çanakkale and its districts.

In the centre and Kepez we can often start the same day, usually the next. Larger jobs such as post-construction cleaning need a crew and equipment plan, so a few days' notice helps. We run scheduled days for the districts — call us and we will tell you the nearest date for Çan, Biga, Gelibolu or Ezine.

Treads, landings, the entrance hall, the lift car, handrails and the entrance glass are all standard. We agree a fixed day with the management and log every visit on a monthly checklist.

Two. First the debris and fine dust, then the paint and silicone residue on glass, the frames and the detail behind radiators. The wait in between lets airborne dust settle.
