Apartment & Stairwell Cleaning
In apartment buildings the problem is rarely the quality of a single clean — it is whether the routine holds. A building cleaned one week and skipped the next two is quickly back where it started.
Every building gets a fixed day and, as far as possible, a fixed team. As the crew gets to know the building they know which floor takes the most traffic and which entrance holds mud when it rains — the job does not have to be explained from scratch each time. The routine survives a change of management.
The standard scope goes beyond treads and landings: the entrance hall and under the mats, the lift car and door channels, handrails and banisters, floor windows, the top of the electrical panel and the area around the bins. Stairwells are always worked top down; done the other way, a clean floor simply gets dirty again.
Method follows the flooring. On marble and granite the wrong product leaves a dull film over time, so we use a pH-neutral cleaner, and where limescale or staining has built up we propose a separate restorative pass. On timber treads we cut the water down and work with a damp cloth instead.
Each month the board receives a sheet showing the dates we attended and what was done on each visit. That single page is usually what settles the "nobody came" conversation with residents.
Apartment cleaning in Çanakkale is most often put on a regular schedule in the multi-block sites of the centre, Kepez and Güzelyalı. We agree a fixed day with the management and plan neighbouring buildings back to back, so the crew loses no time on the road and the schedule holds. In September and October, when the student season opens, entrance halls and stairwells near the centre see noticeably heavier use — some buildings move to twice a week for that period.

How it works
- 1Building SurveyWe look at the number of floors, the flooring and the pressure points, then agree whether it needs weekly or fortnightly service.
- 2Schedule and DayWe fix a day and time with the board and put it in writing so it can be announced to residents.
- 3Top DownWe start at the top floor and work down to the entrance; handrails and the lift car are done on every visit.
- 4Common-Area DetailEntrance glass, under the mats, the bin area and the top of the panel are ticked off the list.
- 5Monthly RecordAt month end the board receives a checklist showing the dates attended and the work done.
Frequently asked questions
How many days a week are needed?
It depends on the number of flats and the traffic. Up to eight flats, once a week is usually enough; buildings near a school or the market with heavy entrance traffic do better with two. We look at the building during the survey and tell you which it needs.
Who supplies the cleaning materials?
Products and equipment are ours — there is nothing for the building to provide. If the board wants a particular product used, mentioning it at the survey is enough and we write the schedule around it.
Residents leave shoes outside their doors. Is that a problem?
No. We clean around them without moving them, and where we do need to move a pair we put it back exactly where it was. If the board wants, we can also leave a reminder note for residents.
Will the dullness on marble treads come off?
Not with routine cleaning — that is maintenance work. Removing the film left by the wrong product over time needs a separate restorative pass, which we plan outside the regular schedule and price separately.
Is a contract required?
Not required, but we recommend one. A contract puts the fixed day and the scope in writing, so nothing is disputed when the board changes. We also do one-off apartment cleans.
Do you cover apartment buildings outside the centre?
We can run a weekly schedule in the centre, Kepez and Güzelyalı. For buildings in Çan, Biga, Gelibolu and Ezine we fix the schedule to the day our crew is already in that district, agreeing the most convenient day with the management.
On-site survey, written price
We do not guess a job over the phone. We come, we look, and we put the scope and the price in writing. The survey is free.
