Office & Workplace Cleaning
You can tell whether office cleaning is done properly not on the day it happens but in the third week. Daily care holds the surface; the real difference comes from periodic deep work in the kitchen, the restrooms and the ventilation.
We come outside your working hours — after closing or at the weekend — so your team walks into a clean space in the morning. Cleaning during office hours interrupts the work and stays incomplete anyway, because most desks cannot be reached.
The daily programme stays focused: desk surfaces, shared areas, waste collection and floors, plus high-touch points such as keyboards, phones and door handles. Those points are how illness travels fastest through an office, and wiping them adds only a few minutes to the total.
The periodic deep clean is where kitchens and restrooms are dealt with: limescale on basins and taps, behind the toilet and the hygiene points, the inside of the fridge, the microwave and the area around the kettle. The filter in the air-conditioning unit is the part almost no office looks at — a dusty filter adds both odour and running cost.
Scope and frequency go into the contract: which item is daily, which is weekly, which is monthly. That gives the office manager a single document to check when they ask what was actually done this month.
Most of the offices we clean in Çanakkale are business blocks in the centre, office floors in Kepez and administrative buildings on the industrial estate. In the central blocks the lift and the entrance hall are shared, so we fit our hours to the building management's schedule. For accountancy, law and architecture practices, after 18:30 tends to work best; on floors busy with public-facing work, weekends usually do.

How it works

- 2ProgrammeWe put in writing which items are daily, weekly or monthly, and the hours we will attend.
- 3Keys and AccessOut-of-hours access is handled with a written key and alarm record and a permanent, named crew.
- 4ExecutionWe start with shared areas, finish in the kitchen and restrooms, and leave the floors until last.
- 5Monthly ReviewAt month end we go through the periodic items with the office manager.
Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to leave you keys for out-of-hours access?
Keys and alarm details are handed over on a written record, and the crew entering your office is permanent and registered. If you prefer, someone from your side can be present for the first few visits, and where there are cameras you can review the footage at any time.
Do you touch the paperwork on our desks?
No. Documents and files on desks are not moved; the surface is cleaned around them. Anyone who wants their desk cleaned fully can simply leave it clear with a short note.
How often is a deep clean needed?
Monthly is usually right for office kitchens and restrooms. AC filters and ventilation grilles are typically done at the start of the season, or quarterly under heavy use. We agree the frequency at the survey and write it into the contract.
Is there a surcharge for weekends?
Not if weekend work is part of the standard programme. A one-off weekend request outside the schedule is priced as a separate job, in writing, before we attend.
Will the smell of the products bother staff?
Because we work out of hours, the space has aired by morning. Even so we avoid heavily scented products and use neutral ones in shared areas — and if someone on your team has an allergy, we choose the product around it.
What size offices do you work with in Çanakkale?
Anything from a single-room practice to a multi-floor office building. For small offices two or three short visits a week is usually enough; above about fifteen people the kitchen and restroom load rises and we recommend a daily schedule. We work out which makes sense during the survey.
On-site survey, written price
We do not guess a job over the phone. We come, we look, and we put the scope and the price in writing. The survey is free.
