Public Institution Cleaning
In public buildings the work is defined by traffic and by records. In a corridor hundreds of people pass through daily, when and how the cleaning was done matters as much as that it was done.
The schedule is built around the institution's day. In schools we work outside lesson times and during breaks; in government offices, before or after opening hours. A cleaning programme that stops the institution working is one that quickly stops being followed.
High-touch points are run as a separate line item: door handles, handrails, counter and window surfaces, lift buttons, the edges of desks and benches. They are written out individually so they do not dissolve into general cleaning, and each one is logged on a signed form as it is done.
Restrooms and shared areas draw the most complaints in any institution. We plan more than one check round per day, covering WC and urinal hygiene, limescale on basins, mirrors and the back of doors. Tracking consumables — paper towels, soap, toilet paper — is part of those rounds.
Every visit is recorded on the monitoring form with the date and time and countersigned by the institution's officer. When an inspection comes, that record is the most practical document the institution has.
In schools, clinics and government offices across Çanakkale the building's hours decide everything. In central schools we clean after lessons end; in clinics and consulting rooms we work once patient hours close. For institutions in the districts, where the crew comes on a set day, we share the schedule in writing with the responsible officer at the start of each month, so everyone knows which area is done when.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work during lesson times?
Not in classrooms. Classrooms are done after lessons end; corridors and restrooms during breaks and at the end of the day. We build the schedule with the school administration and rearrange the hours during exam periods.
Is your staff registered and permanent?
Yes. Institutions are served by a permanent crew, and any change of personnel is notified to your officer in advance. Whatever documentation you require — ID, health certificate, criminal record check — is provided before work starts.
Do you carry out disinfection?
Surface disinfection is part of the daily programme: high-touch points are wiped with an appropriate product as a separate round. During outbreaks we increase the number of rounds and log each treated point on the form.
Who provides the consumables?
We work either way. If the institution supplies its own consumables we take on monitoring and restocking; if you prefer, supply can be included in the scope. Whichever it is, it is stated in the contract.
Can you work within a tender or contract process?
Yes. Scope, headcount, working hours and the products to be used are all provided in writing. We go through the items in your specification one by one at the survey and build the quote around them.
Do you work under contract for public buildings in Çanakkale?
Yes, on a monthly contract; the scope, the frequency, the number of staff and the products used are all written into it. We hand over the paperwork and the signed monitoring forms the institution requires each month.
On-site survey, written price
We do not guess a job over the phone. We come, we look, and we put the scope and the price in writing. The survey is free.
