How coverage works
We are based in the city centre, and the distance to you decides one thing only: when we can start, not what we charge. In the centre, Kepez and Güzelyalı our crew is already nearby, so a job you call about in the morning usually starts the same day. For Biga, Çan, Gelibolu, Ezine and Ayvacık we run set days each week and plan jobs in the same district back to back — which is exactly why the travel does not land on your bill.
Bozcaada and Gökçeada are the exception. The ferry timetable, the vehicle queue in season and the crew's accommodation all have to be arranged in advance, so we ask for at least a week's notice and plan the job to finish in one visit. The travel cost is built into the written quote — nothing appears afterwards.
The work itself changes with the area, and that is not a detail. A new-build handover in Kepez, a house opened up after a winter shut in Güzelyalı, industrial dust in Çan and a stone house in Assos each need a different order of work and, in the last two cases, different products.
